Parent and Family Resources
Here you can access registration forms to enroll your child in our programs, program handbooks outlining policies, procedures, and expectations, and calendars showing important dates, holidays, and special events. You will also find permission forms, health and emergency documents, and other essential paperwork to help ensure your child’s safety and smooth participation in all programs. Please submit all finished paperwork to efa.afterschool@gmail.com or drop off at the center.

Using Brightwheel for all communication helps us provide the best support and care for your child.
